Wipers

Flange wipers allow for a perfect protection for flanges, slides and tie bars, i.e. for any vulnerable slipways on machine tools. They are able to reliably wipe off dirt, chips, emery, even coolants and lubricants without getting tangled in the wiper itself and causing damage.

We produce flange wipers from a special synthetic fine-textured rubber. They are precisely shaped, extremely flexible, but nevertheless resistant to wear and tear. In addition, they are resistant to water, oil, acid and brine.

Setting them up,  you should make sure that the drill holes are big enough to allow for any adjustment of the wipers’ tension. Standard rod length 500-650 mm.
