O-rings

O-rings made of extruded cord are assembled by gluing and thrust vulcanization. They allow for the production of practically any requested inner diameter.

They are the perfect option when having to deal with extraordinary and/or low piece numbers and where short-term standard O-rings from the mold cannot be applied.

Since O-rings do not belong to the mold-part category, we do not charge extra for tools.

Other O-ring advantages are short deliveries and small quantities starting from 1 piece!

We produce O-rings from the following materials:
FKM, NBR, NBR light etc., CR, NR, silicone…
